Under her advisory, Kandis has worked and collaborated with thousands of small, medium, and large size businesses, guiding them down the path to massive growth and scaling. She does this by applying her years of experience in identifying areas of opportunity within business infrastructures, effectively developing strategies to solve cultural, operational, and financial efficiencies. The companies she’s worked with have had the pleasure of having Kandis help preserve their legacies, simply by providing them with the resources necessary to create cultures of excellence and dominate their markets. 

While Kandis enjoys helping business owners achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals through the growth of their businesses, empowering people to recognize their limitations and capitalize upon their full potential is one of her greatest passions. With a deep understanding that people move businesses, Kandis allows for making her team’s successes easier by coaching and inspiring them to do more and become the best version of themselves. 

Originally from Glendale, Arizona, Kandis graduated with a BA in Business Administration with a focus in Management and Operations from Washington State University. She has participated as a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization, Arizona Chapter, and volunteers at local animal shelters/rescues in the community. Being a part of the 10X community has given Kandis the key to countless opportunities and endeavors, effectively making her one of the greatest assets this team has seen.
