We bought the SuperVIP and embraced the experience. Brandon, Natalie, Josh and Jeremy were able to articulate what is needed to grow a business. Eriazmin was our representative and she made sure we were taken care of every morning and after every event. She is exceptional. One of my biggest takeaways was hearing that “collaboration is the new currency.” That really connected with me because collaboration, building relationships, connecting people, and finding ways to serve others is something that comes naturally to me.

After spending millions on research and working with tens of thousands of companies, we’ve distilled what actually moves the needle into specific, tailored action steps and strategy. Everything we teach has already been proven in our own business, in our subsidiaries and in the businesses of our clients. You’re not getting theory. You’re getting what works.

Does Cardone Ventures only work with certain industries or verticals?

Industry doesn’t matter. We focus on the science of scaling, which works for any business doing over $1M in annual revenue. Yes we do have some events and programs that focus on specific verticals but the core frameworks are built around the universal challenges every growing company faces: revenue growth, team development, leadership, operations, profitability, and building something that lasts.

Are Cardone Ventures events for business owners only, or can team members join?

Our events are designed for business owners, CEOs, founders, and executive leaders. That said, some events are a great fit for owners to bring the key team members responsible for execution. As you continue working with us, we also help train your team directly through specific events, training programs, and one-on-one coaching but it all starts with you as the owner first.

Does Cardone Ventures take equity in my business?

The vast majority of the time, no. About 95% of what we do is education, along with products and services where we either do the work with you or for you. Some owners come to us specifically wanting to partner, and we’ll analyze those opportunities but every partnership still follows the same proven path as everyone else. Equity is only discussed when it’s a good fit for you and us.

What can I expect after working with Cardone Ventures?

You can expect to finally have a system you can take home and implement immediately, not a binder of ideas that collects dust. We don’t speak in theory. Everything we teach is validated and used every single day across our own business and our clients’ businesses, so what you walk away with is already battle-tested. Most owners leave with clarity on their biggest gaps, a plan to close them and the tools to start seeing movement right away. (Results vary by business, effort, and execution — the work is up to you.)

How much does it cost to work with Cardone Ventures?

It depends on the event, program, or level of support that’s the right fit for your business. Pricing varies based on where you are in your growth journey, the size of your company and the type of guidance or implementation support you need. The first step is simple: a 3-day business-building event for $500. The best way to understand what’s right for you is to talk with our team and figure out which option aligns with your goals.

Why does Cardone Ventures only work with businesses making over $1M?

Because we teach real business scaling strategy and that requires a real business to apply it to. Our education, training, and advisement are built around scaling, not starting. If you’re a pre-revenue or early startup, we’re not the right fit yet but once you’re at $1M+ in annual revenue, we’d love to help you. Frankly, the bigger you are, the faster we can often move.

Will there be additional services and products to invest in at each event?

Yes. There are offers made at our events, because we various programs and services that help owners go further, faster. But the content stands on its own. If all you do is show up for 2-3 days, take notes and go home, you’ll walk away with real strategy you can implement immediately — no additional purchase required. Plenty of our reviews are from people who came in skeptical about that exact thing and left saying the value far outweighed the ask. You’ll never be pressured into something that isn’t the right fit for your business. The next step is always your call.
